Let's go way back, way, way back to ... 1979
I was just starting out in the Lawn Care Industry, had bought a small business with 300 customers and a single truck grossing $8,000.00 per year. I turned that single-truck business into a Canada-wide 119 franchise organization generating $20,000,000 million in sales in less than 5 years.
Here is how I did it.
At that time, my competitors were selling a 5-step lawn care program for 119.00. They were running bloated organizations, had no real competition, were making massive margins and had no reason to pass on savings to their customers because there were no viable alternatives in the marketplace.
They were ripe for the pickings.
I started selling my 5-step lawn care program for $49.95. I used my bulk buying power, trimmed my costs, reduced my overhead, used word of mouth advertising and, most importantly, realized I was in a large volume, low margin business and used that to my advantage.
I learned way back then that if you treated your customer fairly, gave them a product or service that they needed, at a great price, they would respond by buying your product and most importantly, would be your best salespeople. I never forgot that lesson.
Let's fast forward, way forward ... to 2009

All of these initial systems and manuals will be made available to our members for their one time, lifelong membership fee. All future systems and manuals will be added to the site to the benefit of our members, at no additional cost.
The PTS and PPM have been in development and been revised and added to liberally over the last 35 years, all future developments and additions to these ongoing works will always be added to the membership site.

What Does Forever Mean?
Who knows how long forever is. Tomorrow a bus could hit me and that would be pretty well be the end for me. There you have it. I'm new to marketing on the Internet. The experts that I have been working with are all against the initial price of $27.00. They say its way to low by Internet standards; they say that people will be scared away because of the low price. 
They say that people equate a low price with poor or low quality. I disagree. I do not think that people are that easily misled. On this site, there is a large quantity of free articles, all original content. Many of the articles are direct excerpts from the PTS and PPM to be view and assessed. You can make up your own mind, based on the facts.
More than 35 years ago I learned an important lesson. I still believe in its relevancy, 35 years latter. Give people a fair price, give them a product or service they need, treat them right and you will have a customer for life.
