Listed below are
some of the ways dealers can generate income
from there
territories.
1.
Services Performed Directly By The
Dealer.
We
anticipate that a large number of dealers will
come from the ranks of people who have general
skills to perform a variety of jobs. These
skills could be from everything ranging from
odd jobs, painting, minor carpentry to skilled
licensed trades. The wider the range of
existing skills the dealer can perform, the
greater the existing profit base they will have
already in house. These services that the
dealer can perform will create the highest
profit margin services within his territory.
Note. A . Each dealer will provide the services
they feel most comfortable with. This will
include services that will be provided from a
wide range of sources. B .Each dealer also has
the option to not perform any services and
provide all services from out side
sources.
2.
Services Provided by Company Employed
Employees.
This will be the
second highest profit potential source. Dealers
have the option of directly employing employees
who work for them and perform the services.
With company employed personnel, dealers will
have the greatest control over there actions
and can deploy them as they see fit. First
employees employed will preferably have a range
of services they can offer, giving the dealer
the greatest range of service options.
Depending upon the emphasis the dealer wants to
direct his business, employees with more
specific skills can be hired to meet specific
demands of the territory.
3. Sub
Contractors
This level of
service providers offers the dealer the
opportunity to offer a broader range of
services to his customer base. A specific sub
contractor can provide just painting services,
another can provide plumbing services, and so
on. The profit margin to the dealer is less,
but there is also less
involvement.
4. Owner
Operator Of Existing
Business
As mentioned, we
expect a percentage of our dealers to be people
already involved in a related service or trade.
These dealers will benefit from there
association with the HHH brand and the
additional business they experience can only
enhance there bottom line, without any
associated marketing and advertising
costs.
I fully expect
to expand our profit generating base over the
immediate future. . As with any business
venture I have been associated with, the
evolution of the opportunity does and will
expand over time. I’m personally open to what
our team of dealers bring to the table in terms
of new ideas, innovations and suggestions as to
how we as an organization can take advantage of
this collective vision for continued
growth.
