OHIO is one of those seemingly simple, minor ideas that you have probably heard over and over again in regards to Time Management   but haven’t really taken it to heart. You should.  

Back in the good days, all roads lead to Rome, at least any roads of consequence. There really wasn’t any argument and the people that mattered back then, in there own minds anyway, the Romans believed this with a frenzied all consuming zeal.

Let me start at the beginning, for myself.  Part of my early career was as a business consultant.  When you hang out your shingle, you get people from all walks of life with a wide range of problems and issues to resolve. 

The best way to get organized and in control of your time is don’t let the other guy get the jump on you. Time Management is all about control and setting the agenda. Let’s look at ways to defend your turf, get better control of your time and be the one that sets the agenda.

This is a concept that I use and one that we teach in our seminars and it works really well for some people.  It’s based on the reality that it’s the quality of the work you do, not how or where you do it. Depending on the type of work you do, and where you do the most of it, try this and see if it works for you.
